BEFORE THE EVENT

Register to Participate by Video, Audio or Web

CTeL offers this free programming to interested parties, thanks to the generosity of our partners Chorus Call and Polycom.  You can participate by video, audio, or the web.   

Each site and participant should register separately.  Audio and web participants must register at least one day before the date of the event. Video participants must have standard video equipment, and a functioning ISDN line.  Video participants must also RSVP at least five (5) days before the date of the event in order to certify equipment compatibility.

To attend the meeting in person, please email your name and contact information to rsvp@ctel.org or telephone CTeL at 202.230.5090.  The meeting will be held in CTeL's offices in downtown Washington, DC at the firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, 1500 K Street, NW, 11th Floor, Washington, DC.  This is an access controlled building, visitors must register in advance and produce a valid, government-issued photo identification, e.g., driver's license, passport, or military identification

 

DURING THE EVENT

In person, audio and video participants will have an opportunity to ask questions during the meeting. Remote attendees can post questions to the speakers by sending an email before or during the program to ctel@dbr.com.

AFTER THE EVENT

All attendees are asked to complete an online evaluation.
