CTeL's leadership writes extensively and speaks frequently to audiences around the world on telehealth and health information technology.
In 2004, CTeL chair Joe Tracy served as editor of the Telemedicine Technical Assistance Documents. Contributing authors included CTeL Board members: Karen Rheuban, MD, Rob Sprang, and Joe Tracy and former Board member, Nina Antoniotti PhD. CTeL congratulates them on providing excellent service to the telehealth field.
In 1999-2000, Board members Rob Sprang and Joe Tracy, along with CTeL members Sam Burgiss, PhD, wrote Telehealth Technology Guidelines, which was a terrific contribution to the telehealth field and an excellent resource for anyone interested in knowing more about the technical requirements for establishing a telehealth program.
