Issue Background
CTeL is convening a cross-sector roundtable on May 6, 2026 to bring together hospital leaders, policy experts, and care delivery stakeholders for a collaborative discussion on the future of Acute Hospital Care at Home. This dialogue will explore post-waiver policy considerations, regulatory pathways, and evidence gaps needed to support long-term sustainability and equitable access.
This roundtable will include:
Expert insights on current trends shaping the Acute Hospital Care at Home program and emerging models of care delivery;
Collaborative discussion on policy and evidence gaps, including workforce, quality-of-life, and access metrics needed to support permanency; and,
Dialogue on reimbursement, regulatory, and licensing pathways to strengthen adoption and support clinicians and patients.
Please note that in-person seating is limited to 20 attendees and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. A virtual participation option is available for those unable to attend in person.
