Issue Background
CTeL is convening a cross-sector roundtable on August 12, 2026, to bring together digital health leaders, legal experts, and remote monitoring stakeholders for a focused discussion on recent RPM enforcement activity and its implications for the field. This dialogue will explore compliance considerations, evolving regulatory expectations, and strategies to support sustainable and responsible growth in remote monitoring.

This roundtable will include:

• Expert insights on the legal and regulatory framework shaping RPM enforcement trends and compliance expectations;

• Discussion on enforcement patterns, operational risks, and best practices for organizations delivering remote monitoring services; and,

• Collaborative dialogue on using research and evidence to address medical necessity concerns while supporting long-term program sustainability.
